Returns
At Bien Fait, each wallpaper is created with thoughtful craftsmanship and attention to detail. We hope your order brings beauty and character to your space, but we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary. Our return policy is designed to ensure the process is clear and as smooth as possible.
What Can Be Returned
You may return your full wallpaper order within 30 days of delivery.*
Even if your mural or panelled wallpaper has been divided according to cutting guides, it remains eligible for return.
Should you receive a product that is faulty or incorrect, please reach out to us right away — we will do our utmost to make it right without delay.
In the rare event your order is delayed more than 21 working days, you may cancel it. We encourage you to contact us regarding any shipment concerns so we can assist swiftly.
Please note: We are unable to accept returns of wallpaper samples, partial murals or rolls, and any custom-made items (including bespoke or tailored wallpapers produced through our design studio).
Before You Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer care team at [email protected]. We’ll provide all the instructions and support you need to complete the process.
Bien Fait covers return shipping costs. If you prefer to handle the return shipping yourself, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit, and no shipping reimbursement will be provided. Refunds are issued only after the item is received in its original condition and packaging.
Returned items must include:
Original packaging
All accompanying elements (labels, documents, etc.)
No signs of use or damage
Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, you’ll be notified via email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please be aware: if a return is made without first contacting us, this may result in processing delays or additional fees.
Wallpaper samples are non-returnable and non-refundable. We offer samples to help you choose confidently — please use them to preview patterns and colors before placing your order.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to recipient absence are not eligible for automatic refund. If you anticipate a delivery issue, contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.
You may cancel your order before it enters production. As we typically begin processing on the next business day, please contact us immediately if you need to make changes or cancel your purchase.
