INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY RULES

March 2026: “Win up to 30 m² of Bien Fait wallpaper”

Article 1 – Organizer

The brand Bien Fait, owned by Gimmersta Wallpaper France (SIREN 808 049 738), whose registered office is located at 54 rue René Boulanger, 75010 Paris – France, is organizing a free, no-purchase-necessary giveaway entitled “Win up to 30 m² of Bien Fait wallpaper” via the Instagram account @bienfaitparis.

Article 2 – Duration

The giveaway runs from March 20, 2026 to March 24, 2026. The draw will take place on March 26, 2025.

Article 3 – Participation conditions

The giveaway is open to any natural person of legal age, regardless of place of residence, who has an active Instagram account.

To participate, users must:

1. Follow the account @bienfaitparis
2. Tag two friends in a comment under the giveaway post
3. Share the giveaway post in their story mentioning @bienfaitparis — this will double their chances in the draw.

Only one entry per Instagram account will be counted (sharing the post in a story counts as an additional chance).

Article 4 – Winner selection

The draw will be held on March 26, 2026, from all valid entries. Story shares will be counted as an additional entry. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message by the account @bienfaitparis within 48 hours of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another draw will be conducted.

Article 5 – Prize

The winner will receive up to 30 m² of Bien Fait wallpaper, with a maximum retail value of €1,500 (incl. VAT). The winner may choose their design from the available collections on www.bien-fait-paris.com.

The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash.

Article 6 – Liability

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or manage this giveaway. Bien Fait accepts no responsibility in the event of an Internet malfunction or inability to access Instagram. Any fraud or attempt to cheat will result in immediate disqualification.

Article 7 – Personal data

Collected data (Instagram username) will be used exclusively for managing the giveaway. In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), participants may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of their data by writing to [email protected].

Article 8 – Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
