After having designed patterns for fabrics for ten years, the desire to go further in the creation of a finished product and to decide all the contours became apparent: by creating Bien Fait she then intervenes in all aspects of the process: coloring, support, staging ...
The choice of motifs responds to a very instinctive approach. Cécile feeds on images, crafts, art, travel, music, and this poetic material becomes a filter through which she looks at the world.
And then there are the enchanting encounters too. It is always with great enthusiasm that she invites an artist who usually expresses himself on other medium, illustration, painting ... to consider the larger format, and the interior language of wallpaper.
These translations from small to large make her happy.
She has been living in an old house between the river and the forest for the past 6 years. She divides her time between Bien Fait, her brand for which she still designs, gardening and her family.
