We produce to order, in about a week. Delivery is usually by DHL direct express transport, within 24 to 72 hours, or by Mondial Relay relay point within 10 days.
The cost of freight is applied according to the volumetric weight of the package and its destination: France, European Union and Rest of the World.
Customs duties, import fees and taxes
For French overseas departments and territories and countries outside the European Union, customs duties, fees or local import taxes may be required by tax or customs authorities. Payment of these taxes is the responsibility of the buyer. You can ask us to estimate these taxes.
Returns
Damage due to transport
On receipt of your parcel, please check the goods. If the package has been damaged in transit (e.g. punctured), you must notify the carrier and send us a copy.
Right of withdrawal
You have a legal 14-day cooling-off period on our standard-format products. You do not have to justify your return, nor pay any penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs.
You will be reimbursed after checking that the returned goods are in perfect condition and have been received in their original packaging.
Bespoke projects cannot be returned.
Manufacturing defects
Naturally, if one of our products is faulty (including personalized products) we will exchange or refund the product entirely at our expense, including transport.
